I've been talking about starting a running program at Premier for a while and it's finally here!
This program is going to be perfect for beginning runners; both in shape and out of shape. If you already work out, you'll be able to add this onto your current schedule without worry of over-training injuries.
This is a program you can do from home in your spare time. You will get a weekly training plan on Friday afternoons for 8 weeks. At the end of the 8 weeks, we will all run the same race together (unless you're not in Yakima). All the details you need will be in your first email.
