Pilates, Surfset, & Cycling Instructor
Cathy Redifer moved to Yakima in the fall of 2011 with her husband Chuck. They wanted a change of scenery from Columbus, Ohio, and desperately needed some sunshine. Cathy grew up in Dublin, OH and went to Wittenberg University in Springfield, OH, where she got her teaching certificate for Integrated Social Studies. After teaching High School History for a couple years, she taught Adult Basic Education part-time at YVCC until her family opened their own business; Redifer Brewing Company
Cathy started practicing Pilates in January of 2013, shortly after the birth of her son, James. The program helped alleviate her back pain and helped her to feel better about her post-baby body. She quickly became addicted and wanted to help other people achieve similar results.
Cathy joined the staff at Premier in June 2014 and loves being part of the Premier family. Interacting with clients and sharing in their success is her favorite part of instructing.
