At Premier, we pride ourselves on being different from most fitness facilities. Our devotion to the Pilates Method expands across all of our class offerings. Spine and back safety is at the center of everything we do. Individualized/personal instruction helps guide our student to safe and effective movement, along with attention towards reaching whatever personal goals our students might have. Our students are not expected to show up and know what to do! They are guided through every session by highly trained instructors with years of experience working with all body types. In the words of Joseph Pilates, “In 10 sessions, you feel better, 20 sessions you look better, 30 sessions you have a completely new body.”
Premier Fitness now includes a full-service gym with all of the cardio and strength equipment you'd typically see. Here's some more info:
We're keeping it small. We like to get to know all of our members and we like all of our members to know us. We love our community and we think you will, too.
Personal Trainers will be on hand during business hours to help answer questions. You should never feel confused or intimidated by our equipment.
We will not be selling supplements. Fitness can be confusing. We don't want make it more complicated.

All beginners at Premier start with one Introduction to Pilates private or small group session. The instructor will help you with your specific needs. You will learn basic fundamentals, such as breathing and proper body alignment, and experience a few basic beginning exercises on the Pilates apparatus and Mat. After your session, you may choose to continue with a few Private one on one sessions or join in on a small "Pilates 1" Group Class. Your Instructor will let you know what will be best for your health and physical needs.
A Pilates class for the new client learning the Basic Pilates exercises or for those who have back pain, neck pain, knee pain, MS, Parkinson's, Arthritis, or who are overweight or recovering from an injury. This class moves at a slower pace with more stretching and focus on the Pilates Principles (Breathe, concentrate, center, control, move with precision and flow).
Intermediate and some advanced exercises on the Mat and Tower are learned. This class moves at a faster pace.
A 6-week series, meeting once a week. This specially designed prenatal course is safe and gentle for the expecting mother. When a woman becomes pregnant her body begins to produce various hormones responsible for causing her joints to soften. Thus a pregnant woman can be very prone to injury of the weight-bearing joints of the back, pelvis and lower extremities. Using special techniques for the pregnant woman, Pilates will help stabilize areas as well as help strengthen, tone and maintain flexibility. Pilates will also help you strengthen and gain control of muscles used in delivery. After pregnancy, Pilates helps the body quickly get back into shape and helps re-strengthen the areas affected by pregnancy and delivery.

Focusing on alignment, stability, and range of motion, Barre Balance is our version of a standing Pilates class. Preformed at a ballet barre, you'll move at a slow and deliberate pace to get the most out of every minute. You'll love the way your body feels after just a few classes.
